I liked all of it, but what stayed with me most was the universe in which Dean died. The moment Sam started acting like he did I was all "WTF? Did he murder Dean and somehow managed to hide it from Castiel? Is he jealous of Dean? Is he a demon? Did he KILL DEAN TO HAVE CAS FOR HIMSELF? O.o" I like Your explanation better though.
