Warnings: Ok, it may seem like it at first, but I promise you this is NOT deathfic. So, fear not and read ahead.
Also, this isn't a warning so much, but I wanted to say that this is the first of two stories. This one is a complete story arc though. It will just have more within the universe later.
Summary: Ten years after an explosion on an alien planet, Jon and Malcolm deal with two very different realities.
Author's Notes: I have been writing this since I was born. I came up with the idea in utero and have been working on it ever since. ;) I am very relieved to finally be posting it.
The title comes from this song, When You Come Back To Me Again, by Jenny Yates and Garth Brooks.
And lastly, I want to thank two completely glorious individuals, without whom I'm certain this would have never been finished;kayjayuu and tookish_girl. They read the story as it was written and let me talk their ears off with ideas, worries, questions, suggestions, whining, crying, squeeing, everything you could possibly imagine (including frustrated deathing regarding the title, thanks KJ for the help). I can't thank either of them enough! *big hugs to both*
